TPPep-NDG
Urban Telecom Cable used in
local telecom networks in conditions of high requirements to fire safety
Number of pairs: from 5 to 600 Wire
diameter: 0.4, 0.5, 0.64, 0.7
Cable is produced according to technical requirements ÒÓ ÀÕÖ
3570.00.01-98 and is intended for laying in cable sewerage systems, collectors,
shafts, along walls of buildings and suspension on air telecom lines in
conditions of high requirements to fire safety. Certificate of conformity of
Ministry of Telecommunications is available ¹Ä-ÊÁ-0001.
TPPep-NDG cables have a
sertificate of fire safety of the highest category "A": ¹ÑÑÏÁ.RU.ÓÏÎÎ1.Â04397 and certificate on the
useful cable type "Fire-resistant telecom cable".
Cable
has improved electrical parameters (ohm asymmetry is less than 2 per cent),
which allow to use it in digital data transmission networks.
Cable pecularities |
|
 | ·
Sheath of the cable is made from the special halogenless
polymer, which dooes not spread fire.
· In contrast to cables sheathed
with PVC (TCV and TPV types), these cables make low smoke being on fire and do
not secrete any toxic substances, which can be dangerous for people and contacts
of expensive electric equipment.
· Cables of this type are
nonhydroscopic (they are water resistant).

1. Wire: annealed copper
wire.
2. Isolation: solid polyethylene.
3. Group: two or four isolated wires,
sprended into pairs or quands.
4. Sprending:
elementary units 10õ2 (5õ4). Main units 50õ2 (25õ4) or 100õ2 (50õ4). Cable
core is made by sprending of main units.
5. Polyester
isolation: insolative polyester tape.
6.
Aluminium screen: Polyethylene-covered aluminium screen is put
over polyester isolation along the cable.
7.
Sheath: Light-stabilized polyethylene, stable to climate
influences, does not contain chlorine compounds.
